  1. Coaching is done by phone or in person…usually by half-hour tele-coaching sessions; one per week
  2. Coaching usually runs 6-24 months…results begin to occur immediately
  3. Coaching fee typically run $200-$400 per month…the fee includes the weekly session and additional support
